luis vidal + architects won the international competition to design Loewe’s new Center of Excellence.

The complex will comprise approximately 25,000 sqm of built area, bringing together most of Loewe’s global manufacturing activities.

The Center of Excellence is set to achieve the highest environmental and sustainability certifications, including LEED and WELL Platinum.

luis vidal + architects collaborated with consultants R. Urculo Ingenieros Consultores S.A., bis, INERIA Management, Krea Ingeniería y Consultoría, Nomad Studio Landscape Architecture: Landscape Planning, Qsafety-Seguridad y Salud, and MARGARIDA ACUSTICA SL.

Site supervision for Loewe’s Center of Excellence at the Getafe Technological Center in Madrid will be undertaken by luis vidal + architects, while Project Management will be led by Bovis from CBRE (Turner & Townsend). The Centre will be built by contractor SANJOSE.
