Andrés Pinto

Andrés Pinto Chicharro, Development Director in Chile, joined the luis vidal + architects team in 2024.

He is an architect graduate from the Central University of Chile with over twenty years of experience in architecture, construction and furniture projects, coordinating the development of projects with teams of different areas and supervising construction works. In the last fifteen years, he has focused on the commercial management of the real estate sector with a focus on office, residential and retail real estate.

He worked in the commercial area of the real estate company Grupo Patio for eight years, managing the relationship with national and international corporate clients and supervising the coordination with the legal branch of the company, as well as with real estate service management companies.

In 2017, he participated in the transfer of a real estate fund to a new administration, thus leading the commercialization of fifteen office buildings (LEED) in 2021, with more than two hundred clients.
