New Colón Towers: Garrigues will be renting one of the most expensive square meters in Madrid

After a few months of negotiating, Garrigues and Mutua Madrileña have reached an agreement for the prestigious law firm as sole tenant of the New Colón Towers.

The renovation, by luis vidal + architects, has turned the iconic building into “the most modern building in Madrid”. A building that, thanks to the active and passive measures implemented to reduce energy consumption and with its self-generation systems, will be the first nearly zero energy office building (nZEB) inSpain.

Because of this, the square meter has risen its value to the point of becoming one of the most expensive one in the city centre.
