We are proud to share that Luis Vidal + Architects | ZJA Architects & Engineers — the international collaboration between Luis Vidal + Architects and ZJA Architects & Engineers — will play a key role in the large-scale renewal of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.
Following an architectural selection process launched at the end of 2024 that attracted strong international interest, three of the airport’s four areas have now been definitively awarded to Luis Vidal + Architects | ZJA Architects & Engineers. The commission includes the design of Schiphol Plaza, including the lounges, the airport piers, gates and flow areas, as well as the landside passenger areas and parking facilities. For the landscape design, DELVA Landscape Architecture + Urbanism will join Luis Vidal + Architects | ZJA Architects & Engineers.
