The design team has rethought the conceptual framework of a series of passenger’s touchpoints (check-in, security, waiting rooms, etc.) to assure a consistency throughout the airport. The practice also shows and demonstrates the future of the design of these spaces, so that DFW will be ready for the technological changes of tomorrow.
The document produced will encompass a series of recommendations, lessons learned, conceptual bullet points and visual clues that will assist current and future designers performing interior work at airport with the aim of producing a coherent and solid final product.
