The Advanced Services Business Center of El Palenque is located on the site of the old El Palenque building of the ‘92 Expo in Seville. It consists of 20,000 m² of office space, 6,000 m² of communal services and 17,000 m² of parking.
The offices are organized into two four-story buildings, enveloped by a facade that creates a central atrium, which serves as a general access point to the entire Business Center.
The facades were designed according to their orientation to minimize solar gain and maximize energy savings.
