La Marina Master Plan

The proposal is rooted in achieving a complex and functionally diverse centre, with the capability to attract citizens to this area in particular, and to San Sebastian in general, conforming La Marina as a reference in the day to day life.

The master plan is based on the creation of a garden versus park in order to gather and consolidate the city in a much wider context.

A low-cost maintenance xeropark describes a series of land platforms that will be settled during the festival dates, municipal events and activities at holiday seasons.

The plan places the new bullring in the core of San Sebastián de los Reyes, hosting a schedule full of municipal activities and events.

Creation of a garden vs. a park.
