This new luxury restaurant with a total area of 430 m², distributed over two floors, is located in the central Calle Zurbano in Madrid. It consists of a semi-basement and a mezzanine floor with a dining room with capacity for 30 guests, a VIP dining room for eight guests, a large kitchen distributed in two heights and equipped with the latest technologies, a cocktail bar of 40 m², and a large wine cellar with a capacity for 1000 bottles.
The restaurant is a special room where guests can find comfortable and uniquely designed armchairs, upholstered in mauve colors that complement the luxury and timeless ambience of the interiors. The interior design combines mauve and copper tones over walls and mesh windows, with a fusion between Art Nouveau and contemporary classic styles. This glamorous and modern design is always defined by well-finished details without great fanfare, where the aim is to create a sumptuously defined and always surprising identity.
The lighting, which eventually defines the character of the restaurant, is projected on the walls and adds a subtle and warm texture. The two levels are linked by a main staircase, whose decoration continues the atmosphere in such a way that both spaces melt into a double-height space. Service areas like the kitchen are located on the ground floor where food preparation, processing and washing areas are housed, while on the first floor the desert preparation area and the pantry are located. The staff locker room and bathroom are located on the mezzanine. The guest bathroom interiors have been decorated with a combination of ceramics, modern furniture, and large period-style mirrors, evoking again that special yet undefined timeless style.
All this creates an attractive restaurant atmosphere, reinterpreting past forms, but always in a subtle way that defines a special and absolutely timeless design.
