The building is integrated into the environment and is placed in such a way that it frames the views towards the historic center of Écija.
The South facade folds in order to protect users from the direct sun and the traffic noise coming from the highway. The main entrance is located on the north facade where it’s more protected from inclement weather.
By increasing the perimeter we managed to reduce circulation and to achieve more compact spaces inside the building.
The facade is sinuously curved and has a subtle transparency produced by its latticework finish.
The green roof acts like a garden to walk through and enjoy.
The building blends into the landscape with views towards the historic center of Écija
